advertised on the internet in many countries and in many languages. Your products or services will
have every opportunity to be sold worldwide. In order to make America Admcity Mall the world's
best place on the internet to shop, we ask that our advertisers:

1. Have a web site totally free from Patent, Copyright, and/or Trademark infringement according to United States and International laws.
2. Give your express permission, in writing, that the pictures, logos, and text from your website may be mirrored in America Admcity Mall.
3. Realize that we can not mirror entire web sites if they are large. We may only select some of
the items.
4. Guarantee that all products are shipped without defects. If defective, the product must be
exchanged or repaired to the customers' satisfaction.
5. Each product may have a picture in .jpg or .gif format, needs an accurate description, a price,
shipping cost, and a delivery time, such as, (1 week), (2 to 3 weeks), (4 to 6 weeks) etc.
6.Notify us immediately if a product is no longer available or if it is back-ordered and will not be
available in the "time frame" on your mirrored site.
7. Keep the same price on your other web sites as is listed in America Admcity Mall.
8. Do everything possible to get and keep good customer relations, including promptness in replying
to inquires, delivering products, and following fair business practices.

AdFree4u.com is performing a service by advertising your products and services in the America
Admcity Mall. If there are customer complaints regarding an advertiser's business conduct. America
Admcity Mall reserves the right to remove the mirrored site without prior notice until the problem is
resolved.
